In order to promote university-level public diplomacy education, the Korea Foundation provides support to Korean universities to: △ Enhance undergraduate and graduate students’ awareness and understanding of public diplomacy, △ Train future specialists in public diplomacy, and △ Encourage relevant research through the offering of regular or K-MOOC courses and related programs at select universities.
The Korea Foundation has selected a total of 15 universities in Korea to participate in the program: Kangwon National University, Kyung Hee University, Keimyung University, Korea University, Sogang University, Seoul National University, Sungshin Women’s University, Sookmyung Women’s University, Yonsei University (Wonju), Ewha Womans University, Inha University, Jeonbuk National University, Jeju National University, Chungnam National University, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
