Overview

The Foundation invites Korean language educators to Korea for intensive language training with Jeju National University and Jeju Free International City Development Center. Participants speak at least an intermediate level of Korean and come fromcountries that correspond to Korea’s New Southern and New Northern policies. Byproviding the opportunity for immersive, in-country learning to young Korean language instructors, Master’s and Ph.D. students, and upper-level university students, the Foundation aims to respond rapidly to an increasing demand in relevant areas of the world for Korean language education, as well as to alleviated local shortages of qualified Korean language teachers.
