부산시, 부산국제교류재단, 아세안문화원은 지역선도대학과의 공동주최, KF글로벌센터와의 협력사업으로 국내 거주 유학생 및 주민들에게 평창 패럴림픽 관람기회를 제공하고 다국적 외국인간의 교류를 위해 아래와 같이 문화탐방을 개최하오니 관심 있는 유학생 및 외국인 주민들의 많은 참여를 바랍니다.

Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Foundation for International Cooperation (BFIC), the ASEAN Culture House (ACH) and the Regional Advanced Universities Development Project are jointly hosting the “KF Theme Field Trip for Foreign Residents in Korea” in collaboration with the Korea Foundation’s Global Center. This field trip provides participants with an opportunity to watch a Paralympic ice hockey match and build a network among international students and foreign residents. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation!  

○ 행사개요 Program Summary

· 일 자: 2018. 3. 10(토) ~ 3. 11(일) [1박2일]

  Period: March 10-11, 2018 (Sat/Sun, 1 night/2days)

· 장 소: 강원도 일원(강릉, 속초)         

  Venue: Gangwon Province (Gangneung, Sokcho)

· 대 상: 부산/서울에 거주하는 외국인 유학생(아세안국가출신 등) 및 주민

   Eligible Applicants: International students (from ASEAN and other countries) and foreign residents in Busan or Seoul

· 참가인원: 140명 내외

  Number of Participants: 140 people (max.)

· 주요내용: 패럴림픽(아이스하키 경기)관람, 서울-부산 거주 외국인 교류회 등

  Events: Heo Gyun, Heo Nanseolheon Memorial Park, Paralympic Ice Hockey (preliminary match), Lecture and Networking Program

· 언어: 한국어/영어

  Application period: Please apply no later than Sunday, March 4, 2018.

· 대 상: 부산에 거주하는 외국인 유학생(아세안국가출신 등) 및 주민

  Eligible Applicants: Eligible Applicants: International students (from ASEAN and other countries) and foreign residents in Busan or Seoul

· 모집인원: 약간명

  Number of Participants: a number of foreigners

· 참 가 비: 무료

  Fee: Free of charge

○ 선발기준 Selection Standard

· 선착순 접수 Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

○ 참가 신청 시 숙지사항 Announcement for applying

· 본 사업은 부산시, 부산국제교류재단, 아세안문화원, 지역선도대학의 공동주최로 진행되는 사업으로, 모든 참가자는 공식일정에 참가해야 함.

  This field trip is a collaborative project of Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Foundation for International Cooperation (BFIC), the ASEAN Culture House (ACH), the Regional Advanced Universities Development Project and the Korea Foundation. Participants are required to attend the entire program. (Selective participation in only some items on the itinerary is not possible.)

· 접수된 서류는 반환하지 않으며, 참가신청서 상의 기재사실이 허 위일 경우에는 선발을 취소할 수도 있음.

Once you submitted your application, you won't be able to edit it anymore. Please insert all details carefully. Applications that are submitted incorrectly will be discarded.

· 숙박은 2인 1실로 주최 측에서 임의로 배정함.

  The host organizations will randomly assign roommates (2 people per room)

·  개인적인 사유로 참가를 취소할 경우 즉시 담당자에게 연락해야 함.

   Should you not be able to attend the field trip, please contact us via email (kf_lecture@kf.or.kr) as soon as possible so that other applicants can participate in your stead. Please note that anyone failing to attend the field trip without prior notice is subject to refusal of admission for upcoming KF events.

· 일정 중 개인사정으로 인해 중도 참가취소를 할 경우 그에 따른 일체 경비는 본인 부담임.

   Should a participant have to leave the field trip prior to its conclusion due to personal circumstances, they bear the full responsibility for all expenses incurred.
