Language is a means by which countries and people from around the world can grow closer together. To this end, the ASEAN Culture House, in cooperation with the Institute of Critical Foreign Languages at Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS), with its expertise in foreign language education, will be operating practical language courses through the program “I CAN SPEAK ASEAN.” Thetwo-month, eight-part courses are set to commence from November, featuring entrance-level classes for both Vietnamese and Khmer (Cambodia’s official language) that will cover material from daily expressions to travel basics. Students with an attendance rate of at least 80% will be rewarded with a certificate of completion co-issued by the ACH and BUFS.

·Date: 2018.11.7. (WED)~12.26. (WED) Every Wednesday 19:00-21:00 (8 lessons in total) 

·Venue: ASEAN Culture House (Exact venue is TBD)

·Participants/Capacity: Anyone 12 years of age or older interested in learning Vietnamese and Khmer (5 to 20 people per course)
