Light of ASEAN, One Community and Harmony was originally held at the Asia Culture Center in Gwangju in the fall of 2019, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Korea-ASEAN dialogue relations. Now, this exhibition is coming to the ACH with a whole new look. Experience “Breeze Fire,” a work of kinetic media art imitating sky lanterns, and “Mysterious Fire,” a piece that incorporates the warm analog sensibility of incandescent light bulbs. These harmonious images of light capture a desire for peace and harmony between Korea and ASEAN. The people of ASEAN invite you to a beautiful festival of lights — a dark night lit up brightly with earnest hope.
