2020 Easy Access ASEAN: Lecture Series 

On December 2, this year’s Easy Access ASEAN Lecture Series, which was run by a local ASEAN expert, came to a close. The lectures were offered to promote a deeper understanding of the ASEAN region among the Korean public. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the lectures were also made available online for those unable to attend in person. Thus, participants were able to listen to lectures both online and offline, learning about various topics related to the 10 ASEAN countries, including architecture, religion, and others. Those who were physically present at the lectures told us they found them extremely useful as they were able to learn more about the cultures of ASEAN countries, about which information is not always readily available in Korea.
