2021 ASEAN Cooking Class (Autumn & Winter)

The start of Korea’s beautiful fall signals the start of a popular ACH program: the ASEAN Autumn & Winter Cooking Class! In contrast to the spring & summer class, which introduced foods from all 10 ASEAN countries, the autumn & winter class will be taking a thematic approach to foods in major ASEAN regions. Participants will have the chance to experience, among others, dishes that incorporate rice noodles (a staple ASEAN ingredient), desserts that complement Southeast Asia’s famous coffees and teas, and dishes in which ASEAN herbs and spices are used. Participants will also be given a special culinary experience: namely, fusion dishes that combine ASEAN and Korean recipes which are easy to follow along.
