Easy Access Indonesia: Unlocking the Infinite Culture, Nature and Venture

In May, the ASEAN Culture House, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Korea, will offer a variety of programs to unveil the diverse potential of Indonesia’s arts and culture and enhance the exchange between Indonesia and Korea. The program is part of the “Easy Access ASEAN 2018” series and combines special lectures and cultural programs with the participation of the Indonesian Ambassador and his wife, with exhibitions, performances, film screenings, cultural experiences activities, a trade and investment seminar, and a chance to taste Indonesian cuisine and coffee. Please visit the ACH in May as the weather warms and experience the diverse culture of Indonesia.

Me, Future, and ASEAN

On May 11, the ASEAN Culture House offers “Me, Future, and ASEAN," a youth career experience program. Through a lecture introducing ASEAN countries as potential workplaces, an experience program to photograph the ACH using drones, a DIY VR experience activity, as well as exhibitions, this event will provide youth with an opportunity to learn more about the job market and ASEAN, which will help them diversify their views on global career choices and employment opportunities.

 

·Date: 2018. 5. 11. 13:00~16:00(Application Period: April 25-27)

·Venue: ACH Hall(4th floor) & Seminar Room(2nd floor)

·Target group: 20 students in the first year of middle school

2018 Launch Ceremony of ASEAN-Korea Futurist (AKF)

The launch ceremony for the second team of the ASEANKorean Futurist (AKF) program will be held at the ASEAN Culture House. The second AKF team is comprised of 40 undergraduate and graduate students as well as overseas students from ASEAN countries who are interested in ASEAN and Korea. Starting with the launch ceremony in May, the students will engage in network activities, complete various missions, and participate in ACH projects over a period of approximately eight months, lasting until December.
