Amid the start of July’s monsoon season, crowds of children and teenagers visited the ASEAN Culture House during the first and third weekends of July to watch 12 children’s and youth films from nine different countries, including ASEAN member countries and Korea and European, that were screened at the Busan International Kids & Youth Film Festival. Hands-on coloring activities of traditional clothing were also on offer for all visiting guests. After the screenings, children talked about the films with their parents. The screenings provided an opportunity for the entire family to better understand different cultures and walks of life of people in countries from around the world.
