In April, the Korea Foundation (KF) signed an MOU with UNESCO ICHCAP and the Cheongju Cultural Industry Promotion Foundation (CCIPF) to encourage the execution of ROK-ASEAN cultural projects. Together with the CCIPF, the KF will pursue cultural exchanges with ASEAN member states and the global community through large-scale international events, starting with the Cheongju Craft Biennale. The KF will also deliver various projects in conjunction with UNESCO ICHCAP, including seeking out intangible heritages in Southeast Asia and producing and utilizing media content.
