The special exhibition “Splash ASEAN! ― Water, a Celebration of Life,” celebrating the 30th anniversary of ROK-ASEAN dialogue relations, opened on June 18. The exhibition introduces material and non-material cultures of the 10 ASEAN countries in relation to water. A floating house standing at the corner of the exhibition room and a picture look library transformed the exhibition room into an interesting platform for interactive activities. Visitors can learn about various tales related to water from ASEAN countries through picture books. In addition, there will be displays of diverse tools and handicrafts that shed light on the wisdom and unique cultural practices of ASEAN peoples. Interesting auxiliary programs, such as an illustrator workshop and artist workshop, will also be available.
