Illustrators held a special art experience session with children during the summer vacation. Three illustrators (Gang Ji-yeong , Kim Bo-eun, and Hong Geu-rim) created a children’s picture book based on fables and tales of ASEAN countries for the ACH’s special exhibition “Splash ASEAN! Water, a Celebration of Life.” During the workshop, participants became familiar with ASEAN stories and learned the creative techniques of illustrators by watching how they work. They also had a chance to make tote bags, pendants, and watercolor paintings.
