ASEAN Cultural Roadshow ― Viva ASEAN
 
Viva ASEAN, a traditional dance performance by 20 artists representing the 10 ASEAN countries, successfully concluded its performance tour with a show in Cheongju on October 30. The tour, which was launched in collaboration with the ASEAN Cultural Center in Thailand to celebrate the 2019 ASEAN-Republic of KOREA Commemorative Summit and the ASEAN Cultural Year 2019, visited four cities in Korea (Seoul, Busan, Gwangju, and Cheongju) over a period of nine days.
Performances were held in conjunction with various events taking place throughout the country, including the Korea Foundation’s Public Diplomacy Week (Seoul), the Asian Culture Center’s Asian Culture Week (Gwangju), and the Cheongju International Craft Biennale (Cheongju). Audiences and local residences enjoyed a new experience of ASEAN art and culture as refreshing as the cool and crisp fall air.
