From June 18, ASEAN Culture House will be hosting a special exhibition, “Splash ASEAN! ― Water, a Celebration of Life,” in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Korea-ASEAN bilateral relations. It is a special exhibition celebrating the 10 ASEAN member countries and the wisdom of its people, who have utilized the abundance of water resources in their natural environment in diverse ways. From its age-old traditional use as a religious symbol for cleansing to its use today for popular festivals, visitors will be able to explore how water has been used as a cultural tool. This summer, we hope that you can experience the fascinating and beautiful cultures of ASEAN countries through the various picture books, crafts, water artworks, and water sounds found in this exhibition.
