On May 12, 2018, the launch ceremony for the second group of the ASEAN-Korea Futurist(AKF) program was held at the Seminar Room of the ACH. The ceremony featured a welcome speech by the ACH Director-General, Mr. Seung-hoon Ham, an introduction to the ACH and its projects, and information about AKF and team activities. Over a period of 8 months, the second AKF group, consisting of 40 Korean and ASEAN students, will carry out various missions, including an ASEAN cooking contest, a “Quiz on ASEAN,” and contributing to the ACH newsletter articles. We hope that the AKF members will play an active role as next generation leaders, building connections between Korea and the ASEAN region.
