In late July, with the summer holidays well underway, the Busan Multicultural Family Support Center collaborated with nine other organizations to hold a one-month coding education program for a total of 160 children and parents from multicultural families with roots in the ASEAN region. Participants enjoyed board games integrated with coding while also building an Ozobot, a robot used for coding education, to facilitate the learning of necessary skills for the future. The children are said to have enjoyed themselves while developing a better understanding of ASEAN culture through this new experience.
